I hate it.....
when everything hit so close to home.

I don't understand why people just wouldn't take care of themselves, drink enough water, eat properly, get adequate rest. Yes, who wouldnt, you might think. I tell you there are people like this. And it's really appalling when negligence screws the health. It really... sucks, because health is the most impt thing in your life. Especially when you are of age.
